Christian Brown is a highly experienced educator in the Ysleta Independent School District. He is Currently the Percussion Director for Bel Air High School and its feeder patterns. Christian is also a front ensemble technician at the World Class Drum and Bugle Corps known as Pacific Crest from Diamond Bar, California. August 2019, he served as the Front Ensemble Coordinator at Pebble Hills High School, where he has led the students to great success. Under his guidance, the percussion program has won outstanding percussion at the El Paso T-Bird Competition and secured first place in the best front ensemble at the indoor percussion competition "Throwdown." Christian is dedicated to providing guidance and support to his students, helping them to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. Christian has also taught a workshop on the mallet approach to marching front ensemble for the Arsenal Drum and Bugle Corps.

In 2016,
Christian was a member of Horizon DBC and competed in Sound Sport, a program designed to showcase the talents of smaller ensembles and individual performers. He was able to showcase his marimba skills and contribute to the corps's overall performance.
In 2017,
Christian joined the Oregon Crusaders, where he was able to take his marimba skills to the next level. With the Oregon Crusaders, he competed in the World Class semifinals, where the corps showcased their talents and skills to a wider audience.
From 2018-2021,
Christian was a member of the Crossmen drum and bugle corps, With the Crossmen, he competed in the World Class finals, where the corps performed at the highest level and received positive feedback from both judges and audiences.
In 2022,
Christian joined the Boston Crusaders drum and bugle corps where he was able to take his marimba skills to the highest level and contribute to the corps's overall performance. Christian also had the opportunity to showcase his individual talent by performing a solo darbuka excerpt in the show. This was a truly remarkable achievement, demonstrating his skill and musicianship as a percussionist. This year the Boston Crusaders earned a Silver Medal at the Drum Corps International World Championship. Christian's participation with the Boston Crusaders is a testament to his passion for music and his dedication to excellence.
